- Free Delivery: Orders of AED 300+ across the UAE.
- Standard Delivery Fee: AED 20 for orders below AED 300.

- Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight.
- Delivery Time: 10–15 working days.

International Shipping (Outside GCC)
- Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight.
- Delivery Time: 15–25 working days.
- Customs & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or local taxes in the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges – UAE
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Eligibility: Unused, damaged, or defective products may be returned or exchanged in original packaging.
- Refunds: 100% refunded to the original payment method once received at our warehouse.
- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Damaged/Defective: Free returns accepted.
