United Arab Emirates (UAE) Orders

• Free returns & exchanges on unused products within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

International Orders

• 30-day return policy on unused products.
• If the item isn’t damaged or defective, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.

3. Submit a return request.
4. We’ll review and notify you of approval or decline. If approved, we’ll email next steps.
